Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Resources
Reading and learning about racist and sexist issues is vital for being informed. Below, we list a number of anti-racist resources. We acknowledge that the time required to read about and understand the issues facing the many people who academia has historically excluded is an integral part of our academic education. However, simply reading about DEI issues is not enough; we must take significant, bold, and concrete actions to improve academia. We commit to using the knowledge we gain to fight for justice and equity in astronomy and academia.
